波多黎各 Chapter Map Location Marker

This mighty group of 鹰s is a tight-knit and welcoming community, who frequently gathers for everything from networking, to professional development, to game watches and more!

The presence of 鹰s in 波多黎各 has been notable since the 80’s; when Clifford Myatt Sr. organized gatherings at the Swiss Chalet. His son,  Clifford Myatt Jr. ‘75, then followed by organizing game watches at Shannan's Pub. 另外, the relentless recruitment efforts of Hector Viña ‘80 has been key to the successful enrollment of hundreds of outstanding 鹰s!

Favorite BC Memory: There are so many that it is hard to choose just one! But top on the list are the BC Christmas tree, Marathon Monday, tailgating for football games, and watching the sunrise with other seniors on commencement day.

Why did you get involved in your local chapter?: BC was an important part of my personal and professional life. I wanted to continue being a part of the BC community and being involved in our local chapter gave me the opportunity to meet and network with other alumni and help current BC students and families on their journey through BC.

What are your local favorites in your city?: Spending the day at the beach, Old San Juan, and dinner at Mario Pagán’s restaurant.

有趣的事实: I loved BC undergrad so much that I became a double eagle after graduating from BC Law School and then went on to become a BC parent!

主要: Major in Accounting

职业: 控制器

Favorite BC Memory: I have many good memories and difficult to decide on one. Definitely, the game where BC defeated Notre Dame in 1993 is one of them.

Why did you get involved in your local chapter?: During my years at BC, I was part of the BC PR Club/Association and when the BC Alumi chapter was created, I thought it will be a good opportunity to continue to build strong connection within the BC community, not only for the alumni, but also for our current students and 父母. BC has been an instrumental part of what I am now as a professional and person, therefore to be able to give back to BC and support each other as BC taught us is very important to me.

What are your local favorites in your city?: I love going to the beach in the Dorado area.

有趣的事实:  在公元前, I studied at CSOM as an Accounting major and decided to take as many classes as I could in drawing and painting which is very different to the accounting path.
